The Territory Sales Engineers are a vital part of our team, providing innovative solutions to our customers daily

You act as an entrepreneur:

  • Lead & drive the penetration of LOCTITE & TEROSON solutions in targeted market segments in the field of Mechanical and Collision repair.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with both distributors and end users.
  • Synchronize & implement actions to showcase our solutions through hands-on training, promotional actions, participation in open days/trade fairs.
  • Prospect, acquire new customers, manage the pipeline of opportunities (projects) from identification to closing phasis.
  • Record key activities through our CRM (visit report, opportunities/projects, LEADS management, etc.).
  • Cascade through the Management Team customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
  • Be the ambassador of our company value thinking in a broad and agile way.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Dutch and English business fluency in verbal and written is a must have (French is a plus).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales and/or Technical including customer portfolio management & prospecting activities.
  • Previous experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is an asset but other transposable backgrounds will be considered.
  • Self-motivated, driven & result-oriented with a strong "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented person with the ability to work at a high level of independency with strong organizational & hands-on skills.
  • Proficient in using digital tools
