  • Join the world’s largest provider of bonding, sealing and functional coating solutions and become a member of the global Strategic Marketing team of Adhesive Technologies
  • Pricing Process Evaluation: Assess current pricing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Analyze end-to-end pricing operations and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
  • Process Design and Implementation: Develop and implement standardized pricing processes and workflows that are aligned with industry best practices. Define clear roles, responsibilities, and handoffs to ensure smooth and efficient pricing operations
  • Process Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of pricing processes, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines. Ensure that all relevant stakeholders have access to up-to-date process documentation
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure pricing processes adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to establish pricing governance frameworks and controls
  • Process Optimization: Continuously monitor pricing processes and identify opportunities for optimization. Foster a culture of communication with user group by encouraging feedback, soliciting suggestions, and implementing innovative ideas to enhance pricing processes. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and speed while maintaining pricing integrity and compliance
  • Automation and Technology: Identify opportunities for automation and leverage technology solutions to streamline pricing processes. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance pricing software, tools, and systems for efficiency and effectiveness
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels to drive process improvements and change management by effectively communicating changes, providing training, and supporting stakeholders throughout the transition. Address any concerns or resistance to change and ensure successful implementation.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of pricing processes. Develop reporting mechanisms to track process performance and identify areas requiring attention


  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a related field
  • Ideally 3-5 years of proven experience in business process management, preferably in commercial operations, pricing or revenue management and familiarity with pricing and commercial processes and methodologies
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or BPM (Business Process Management)
  • Experience in implementing process automation and technology solutions, preferable in CRM, Pricing or similar areas
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and develop effective solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Change management skills to drive process adoption and manage resistance to change
  • Intrinsic motivation to continuously challenge status quo while considering which changes and improvements create relevant benefits and impact
