  • Deliver Top line sales in a profitable manner andcontrol receivables by individual Key Account

  • Develop existing Key Accounts across all SKU range, ensuring 100% availability across all brand groups

  • Set-up and run effectively monthly budgets by customer to deliver the divisional plan.

  • Ensure proper execution of all brand group marketing plans as communicated by the marketing department.

  • Analyze Key Accounts sales trends on monthly basis to ensure focus on positives and negatives.

  • Understand market changes and competitor activities and communicate any of these significant developments.

  • Develop customized business plans for Key Accounts

  • Organize quarterly business reviews with buyers and marketing of individual Key Accounts Enhance Henkel relations with all Key Accounts and respond to their need.

  • Visiting each individual outlet at least once every month

  • Train and coach supervisors and regional managers in the implementation of the "On the Job Training" and "Coaching" training progra

  • Provide weekly/monthly update to Sales Director on sales performance across all brand groups by Key Account and productivity of salesmen


University degree in business related fields sales fields

Overall work experience: min 5 years with necessary managerial experience
