YOUR ROLE

  • Main Tasks:
    •Customer Interaction
    •Order and Delivery Management
    •Invoicing and Accounts Receivable
    •Complaints and Claims Management


  • Key work relationships:
    •Customer
    •Country CS responsible
    •CS Support agents in the support office
    •Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, Supply Chain and SSC
    •IT
    •Business Process Owner community (OTC…)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Required language skills (Arabic, English and French)
  • Customer orientation, operational excellence
  • Accountability, proactive thinking, flexibility
  • Strong communication skills
  • Cooperation and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Customer Service and Supply Chain is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar CS related transactions & reporting functions is a plus
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent organization & time management skills
  • Able to make timely informed decisions
