YOUR ROLE

  •  The Smart Factory Coordinator is key to the success of Smart Factory program implementation and is also becoming the owner for Smart Factory Application at the site, responsible for support, problem solving and continuous development
  • Responsible of day to day support and maintenance of Smart Factory System (SFS) and user training
  • Drive program implementation and further roll out at site
  • Work closely with Lean Engineers and Manufacturing Engineering team for identifying process improvement opportunities and to support PLC/Machine integration with SFS
  • Develop and implement methods to recommend better usage of SFS system by users, making system more user friendly and simplifying processes for value delivery
  • Drive Change Requests to regional change control team and SFS Governance team
  • Monitor hardware status, repair requirements and coordinate with vendors for replacement or additional purchases
  • Assist Business Process Owner Operations and regional controlling team in preparation of departmental expense & capital budgets and monitors spending against these budgets
  • Establish and maintain procedures and work instructions for his/her department to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or in a relevant Engineering Department, MBA or master’s degree is desirable
  • Minimum 3 Years site experience in Logistics, Process Engineering, Quality or Manufacturing operations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Self-confident professional who possesses strong interpersonal skills along with sound leadership capabilities
  • Excellent in analytical thinking, communication, problem solving, decision making
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications
  • Strong foundation at IT applications, Factory operation related business processes, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing and related SAP modules, relevant manufacturing technology
