YOUR ROLE

  • Track quality and timeliness of the various controlling reports
  • Reporting of monthly / quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Take ownership of management and statutory reports
  • Take ownership of business P&L and CNWC deliverables
  • Work closely with Supply Chain , OTC and sales teams on areas of improvement to bring down inventories and AR levels
  • Follow up on external audit and accounts reconciliation process between HBI and HBΠ
  • Handle technical queries from business and controlling team
  • Ensure compliance to Henkel financial policies and procedures
  • Formulate budgets and conducting all necessary interactions with other departments
  • Prepare block cost budgets for functions, local BUs and regional block cost
  • Identify and formulate block cost allocation keys per SBU based on updated guidelines
  • Monitor monthly development of processing cost , analyzing and reporting deviations to management, as well consider alternatives for overcoming possible risks
  • Evaluate financial implication for all financial decisions and projects
  • Follow up on the preparation of different variance analysis reports, waste, days on hand, Working Capital management, etc.
  • Maintain proper financial information channels with top management and head quarter and external audit firm
  • Present on monthly basis complete financial revision to our business team, include risk and opportunities assessment
  • Provide local and regional management on monthly and quarterly basis the block cost development vs. plan
  • Ensure that all documents used in CO area are agreed with Henkel's regulations and policies as well as local legislations
  • Monitoring monthly accrual posting and ensure to be in line with last updated plan

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors/ Masters of Commerce in Finance
  • 2-5 years’ experience in cross functional Planning , Analysis & Reporting
  • P&L exposure mandatory
  • Stakeholder management skills are a pre requistite
  • Familiar with SAP CO & GA Module
  • Solid problem solving, time management, planning & organizing skills
  • Used to working according to accounting policies and practices
  • Good command of communication skills
  • Experience of working in FMCG in the Middle East region
